Shipping
Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible (usually between 3-5 business days).
Customer Pick Up
Local customers may choose to pick up at their order at my home, rather than having their order shipped. After receiving the order, I will contact the customer to set up a pick up time. These orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. Orders that are not picked up within this time frame will not be refunded and the items will be placed back into my inventory.
Returns
As all of my products are handmade, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to me so please contact me as soon as possible with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. Items may be replaced if damaged during shipping. Please notify me at nturner48222@gmail.com, along with a photo and I will do my best to replace your item. Items cannot be exchanged or replaced if they have been used or lit.

Inventory
Inventory changes constantly. If an item is unavailable, I can make it within 1-2 weeks or I can replace it with another item.
